It's a pillow shaped like a wedge - supposed to help with heartburn. I found it unbelievably uncomfortable. (Had a bit of heartburn in third trimester.)
Anyway, I came in later than night and she was face down, still in the dang pillow... I was laughin' pretty hard, but I took her out of the pillow...
