I thought that Mary would have waited until she was at least 5

Well, our clumsy little girl was running through the house with her head down and ran right into the corner of the wall splitting her head open. To be honest, I am surprised this has not happened sooner becasue she never watches where she is going and is always running into something. We took her to Children's memorial Hospital and they took great care of her. Mary was such a brave big girl. She cried a little when the cut was cleaned out an then a little more when the 2 staples were put in but she did not cry for long. She really enjoyed the grape popsicle that the nurse gave her and the little ducky that a paramedic gave her.
