Smartie pants.

I was buying something online today and Mary was looking at her animal book and reading aloud.
I heard her say "C-O-W, cow" and I turned to look.
Then she turned the page, pointed at the letters and read "D-U-C-K, duck."

I nearly fell off the couch.

She definitely knows that letters form words and each word "goes with" a certain object!

I hope she will love reading like I do.
