We just got my little childhood rocker, which was also my dad's when he was little. Do you know what my kid does on it? She climbs up, stands on it holding onto the back, rocks and says heh heh heh :) She's a troublemaker, that one.
You know, it's funny that you should mention that. Mary mostly stands in hers as well. When I tell her to sit she just looks at me and rocks harder. She has fallen backwards once though but did not learn her lesson. I did have a pillow behind her so she did not get hurt.
